Strategy Provider Authorisation Form

RISK DISCLOSURE: THE APPOINTMENT OF A STRATEGY IS DONE SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.  THE STRATEGY PROVIDER’S PAST PERFORMANCE IS NOT A GUARANTEE OF FUTURE PERFORMANCE.

THE SOCIAL TRADING PROGRAMME DOES NOT CONSTITUTE AN ASSET MANAGEMENT TOOL AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL IT BE CONSIDERED AS PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT OR INVESTMENT ADVICE.

This form shall supplement and be interpreted with the Company’s Terms and Condition (hyperlink), including the Risk Disclosure (hyperlink).

AUTHORISATIONS

1.1 TRADING AUTHORITY GRANTED FOR STRATEGY PROVIDER

I, the undersigned account owner of Daman Markets “Daman Plus” trading account (the “Account”), hereby provide this authorisation to the Strategy Provider to submit orders and enter transactions into my Account at my own risk.

1.2 AUTHORISATION FOR PERFORMANCE FEE DEDUCTION

I hereby authorise Daman Markets to deduct from my Account and to pay the Strategy Provider the chosen performance fee.

ACKNOWLEGMENTS

2.1 ACKNOLEDGMENT OF TRADING VOLUME AND FEES

I am satisfied with the volume of trading and performance fees or commissions to be generated by the Strategy Provider.

2.2 INDEPENDANT EVALUATON OF STRATEGY PROVIDER

I confirm that I have made my own investigations and conducted research into the Strategy Provider sufficient to make an informed investment decision.

2.3 NO RECOMMENDATION FROM DAMAN MARKETS

Daman Markets has not recommended the Strategy Provider to me, and I chose the Strategy Provider at my own risk.

2.4 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR STRATEGY PROVIDER PERFORMANCE

Daman Markets will not be held or responsible for performance or trading losses incurred in my Account as a result of my use of the Strategy Provider.

2.5 AUTHORITY CONTINUATION AND UNFOLLOWING PROCESS

Daman Markets may act upon the authority given by me until I revoke this authority. I UNDERSTAND THAT THE UNFOLLOWING OF THE STRATEGY PROVIDER IS NOT AUTOMATIC AND WILL REQUIRE PRIOR APPROVAL BY DAMAN MARKETS, AND THAT THE UNFOLLOWING WILL BECOME EFFECTIVE UPON SUCH APPROVAL IS GRANTED WHERE THE PERFORMANCE FEES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT DAMAN MARKETS WILL EXERCISE REASONABLE ENDEAVORS TO APPROVE THE UNFOLLOWING WITHIN 48-HOUR TIMEFRAME.

2.6 LIMITATION TO FOLLOWING ONE STRATEGY PROVIDER

I understand that I am permitted to follow one Strategy Provider and that the following will be able to commence after I have all open and/or pending positions closed.

2.7 ODER EXECUTION SUBJECT TO SUFFICIENT FUNDS

I understand that in the event that there are insufficient funds in my Account to support the following of a trade of the Strategy Provider, then the specific position will not be opened.

2.8 NO GUARANTEE OF IDENTICAL EXECUTION PRICES

Daman Markets cannot guarantee that an order opened on the Strategy Provider’s account will be executed at the same price as the order on my Account.

2.9 VOLATILITY-BASED ORDER EXECUTION DISCRETION

An order placed by the Strategy Provider will typically be executed at the same time on my Account.  However, I understand that if by the time the order is executed on my Account the price of an order has moved considerably far from the price in which the Strategy Provider has opened the order due to high market volatility, Daman Markets reserves the right to not open the relevant order on my Account.

2.10 NON-EXECUTION OF ALREADY CLOSED ORDERS

I understand that if by the time the order is about to be executed on my Account the order has been already closed by the Strategy Provider, then the order will not be executed on my Account.

2.11 PRICE VARIATION AT CLOSURE OF ORDERS

If the price of an order has moved considerably far from the price in which the Strategy Provider has chosen to close the trade, Daman Markets reserves the right to close the trade on the available market price at the time of closure.

2.12 VOLUME RESTRICTION ON ORDER EXECUTION

Daman Markets reserves the right to reject an order to be opened in my Account if the volume restriction on a given financial instrument is not met.

2.13 DIFFERENCES IN COSTS ACROSS ACCOUNT TYPES

The costs associated with the financial instruments offered by Daman Markets which apply in my Account might differ from the costs which apply on the Strategy Provider’s account, depending on the type of trading account that we each have opened, and this might have a different outcome on a particular trade or the overall strategy.

2.14 IMPACT OF TRADE VOLUME DIFFERENCES ON RESULTS

The trades conducted by the Strategy Provider may involve amounts greatly different from the amounts allocated by me to each transaction following the Strategy Provider’s activity.  I understand that his may itself cause a significantly different result compared to the Strategy Provider’s profits or losses even if the remaining characteristics of my positions are the same as the ones of the Strategy Provider.

2.15 CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY FOR STRATEGY ASSESSMENT

I shall take into consideration the risks associated with the execution of orders and be responsible for assessing the strategy of the Strategy Provider and take the necessary actions for my copied trades.  Daman Markets shall not be liable for any losses resulting from the execution of orders and my failure to assess the Strategy Provider’s strategy.

2.16 STRATEGY PROVIDER MAY LACK CERTIFICATIONS

I acknowledge that the Strategy Provider may not have any professional certifications or titles with relation to the financial markets.

2.17 NO ACCESS TO CLIENT-SPECIFIC INFORMATION

The Strategy Provider does not have access to and shall not take into consideration my personal information, circumstances, or the position of my Account.
