What is Indices Trading?
Indices trading involves speculating on the performance of stock market indices, such as the S&P 500 or NAS 100, which represent the combined value of top companies within a specific market. Instead of focusing on individual stocks, traders can trade entire markets, allowing for greater diversification and reduced risk.
